I stretched a 250 lb ex linebacker last night and then another guy this morning and it has completely drained every iota of my energy. I haven't slept like I did today in a year!!! Does anyone else go through this?
Definitely. If you find that you are getting to worn out too fast, you can try strength training the person several times before performing the stretch. Also, you can ask them to resist with less force if you find that they are putting too much pressure on your body. I definitely gained quite a bit of muscle mass after stretching people regularly. I also had to do quite a bit of core work to prevent my lower back from getting to sore from crouching over people while stretching them.
