- Have started regular Assisted Stretching with certified MFS trainer at my gym. Bought Cooley's book... can't wait for it to arrive. And have started doing the various sets of meridian stretches on Luther's website!

- Am a competitive ballroom dancer looking to increase my performance, flexibility, energy, balance and stamina. Big into living/raw foods. Was always into stretching when I was younger, what I understand was my own version of resistance stretching, but nobody talked about it then. This make soooo much sense... taking the years off straightaway, which feels great!
